1. Booking and Payment

Reservation Guarantee: A booking is only considered confirmed once the required payment (partial or full, as specified) is processed successfully.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking through our secured payment gateway.
Currency: All transactions are processed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise stated.

2. Pricing and Taxes

The rates listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
GST: All room rates are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Government of India norms. Any change in tax structures at the time of stay will be charged extra.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in Time: 11:00 AM
Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License) is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in. PAN Cards are generally not accepted as address proof.

5. Privacy and Data Security

Your payment credentials are encrypted and processed through a PCI-DSS compliant gateway.
Hotel The Grand Piano does not store sensitive card details (CVV/Expiry) on its servers.

6. Right of Admission

The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a threat to safety or those violating hotel policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

The hotel is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the website or the inability to use the payment gateway due to bank server downtime.
