At Hotel The Grand Piano, we strive to provide our guests with a flexible and transparent booking experience. Please review our cancellation and refund terms below before finalizing your reservation.

Cancellation Guidelines

We understand that plans can change. To avoid charges, please ensure your cancellation request falls within the “Free Cancellation” window.

  • Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking free of charge from the moment the booking is made up until 3 days prior to your scheduled check-in date.
  • Late Cancellation: A 100% cancellation fee will apply if the booking is cancelled within 3 days of your check-in date or on the day of arrival.
  • Post Check-in & No-Show: If you cancel after checking in or fail to arrive at the hotel (No-Show), 100% of the booking charges will be levied.

Refund Process

If your cancellation meets the criteria for a refund, we ensure a timely processing of your funds.

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable to cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the check-in date.
  • Timeline: Once your cancellation is confirmed as eligible, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Method: Refunds are typically credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
